NetCorp NA (“we”, “us”) is a software development company based in Delray Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information netcorpna.com collects and how we handle it.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), the type of help you need and your message.
Apart from the spam check and the visitor statistics described below, we do not collect information automatically. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how fast they load. It counts visits in aggregate, using details such as the page, the referring site, the browser and device type, and the country. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not identify or track individual visitors. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
How the form works
Form submissions are sent directly from your browser to our form-handling provider, which delivers them to us. We currently use Web3Forms. The provider processes your submission on our behalf and under its own privacy policy. We do not pass form data to anyone else.
Spam protection
To keep automated spam out, the contact form uses hCaptcha, a service of Intuition Machines, Inc. It loads only when you start using the form. To tell people from bots, hCaptcha may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details and how you interact with the check, and it may set its own cookies. This is covered by hCaptcha’s Privacy Policy. We only receive the result of the check together with your message.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver services you ask for, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to mailing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep what the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations require. After that, we delete it.
Security
Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we use reputable providers and encrypted connections.
Your requests
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Send your request through the contact form, choose “Not sure yet” and start your message with “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
